Usually you can expect it within 12-20 work days, but can be longer during holiday times. We ship within three business days. If you need priority mail shipment, ask us before complete purchase (express-delivery).

You can track your delivery status by ID number. Please note that we as a seller cannot be held responsible for the lost items, for the work of postal service and customs. We can guarantee liability only in case of paid insurance products.
